SILA is continually looking to improve the efficiencies our customers supply chains. Recently we concluded a development partnership with logistics software specialist Yojee. There will be a suite of enhanced benefits to our customers as we roll out each stage of the partnership.
Customers will see initial benefits with the electronic delivery of POD as cargo is delivered to the receivers, this will be available via, email, b2b as the POD is signed by the receiver. SILA will provide real time solutions for deliveries under management allowing customers to invoice quicker for their products.
There are many other enhancements that we will be developing and rolling out during 2017. Below is a copy of a recent report picked up by the DCN.
TECHNOLOGY business, Yojee Ltd, has announced a partnership with Sinotrans Integrated Logistics Australia to be its software partner.
SILA is part of the Sinotrans and CSC international network, a massive Chinese shipping and logistics business.
According to a Yojee statement, SILA has contracted Yojee for an initial two-year term as its logistics software partner to “maximise delivery visibility, optimise their dispatching capabilities and manage their third-party partners with the use of Yojee’s Control Tower”.
The Yojee platform is also said to provide instant connectivity and job management solutions for all SILA fleet partners within its internal and broader network.
Yojee is active within the spaces of artificial intelligence and blockchain.
